Ingredients
- 8-10 sausages of your choice (pork, beef, chicken, or vegetarian)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Arrange the sausages on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each sausage.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the glaze mixture over the sausages, using a brush or spoon to coat them evenly.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the glaze is sticky and caramelized, turning the sausages halfway through cooking and basting them with the glaze.
- Once cooked, remove the sausages from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
Transfer the sticky sausages to a serving platter, garnish with chopped fresh parsley or green onions if desired, and serve hot.
