Ingredients

  • 8-10 sausages of your choice (pork, beef, chicken, or vegetarian)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley or green onions for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Arrange the sausages on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each sausage.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the glaze mixture over the sausages, using a brush or spoon to coat them evenly.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the glaze is sticky and caramelized, turning the sausages halfway through cooking and basting them with the glaze.
  6. Once cooked, remove the sausages from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.

Transfer the sticky sausages to a serving platter, garnish with chopped fresh parsley or green onions if desired, and serve hot.
