Directions:

  1. Gather Ingredients:
  • 1 cup carrot juice
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Water, as needed to adjust consistency
  1. Blend Ingredients:
  • In a blender, combine the carrot juice, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup (if using), and ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add water to reach your desired consistency.
  1. Serve:
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with lemon slices or fresh mint leaves, if desired.

Cook’s Note:

If you don’t have carrot juice on hand, you can substitute it with fresh carrots. Simply peel and chop 2-3 medium carrots and blend them with the other ingredients. You may need to add a bit more water to help with blending.
