Ingredients needed

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

How to prepare

  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended for your pizza crust (usually around 425°F or 220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out crust to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  6. If using additional toppings, arrange them evenly over the cheese.
  7. Carefully crack the eggs onto the pizza, spacing them evenly around the surface.
  8. Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.
