  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons organic vanilla extract
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Ground Cinnamon
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Real Salt

For the filling:

  • 10-12 ounces of your favorite plain organic yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Natural Grocers Brand Organic Grade A Dark Maple Syrup

For the topping:
