Directions

  1. Marinate the Chicken:
    • In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and honey. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Sauce:
    • In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch with water until smooth. Add the sesame oil to the mixture.
  3. Stir-Fry the Chicken:
    • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Cook the Broccoli:
