I will do a simple recipe on Corn. The (italian way). Bet you, you cant resist it.

Items needed

  • 4 cups of corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (a blend of dried herbs like oregano, basil, thyme, etc.)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Lets Roll

  1. Cook the Corn: If using fresh corn, remove the kernels from the cob. If using frozen corn, thaw it according to package instructions. If using canned corn, drain and rinse it.
  2. Sauté the Aromatics: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté until softened and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the Corn: Add the corn kernels to the skillet and stir to combine with the garlic and onion.
  4. Season: Sprinkle the dried Italian seasoning over the corn and stir well to evenly distribute the seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cook: Cook the corn mixture for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is heated through and slightly tender.
