I will do a simple recipe on Corn. The (italian way). Bet you, you cant resist it.

Items needed
- 4 cups of corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (a blend of dried herbs like oregano, basil, thyme, etc.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Lets Roll
- Cook the Corn: If using fresh corn, remove the kernels from the cob. If using frozen corn, thaw it according to package instructions. If using canned corn, drain and rinse it.
- Sauté the Aromatics: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté until softened and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the Corn: Add the corn kernels to the skillet and stir to combine with the garlic and onion.
- Season: Sprinkle the dried Italian seasoning over the corn and stir well to evenly distribute the seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook: Cook the corn mixture for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is heated through and slightly tender.
