  • 1 lb ground beef or lamb
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup beef or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef or lamb over medium heat until cooked through. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
