Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray or melted butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, all-purpose flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
