Directions:
- Gather Ingredients:
- 1 cup carrot juice
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Water, as needed to adjust consistency
- Blend Ingredients:
- In a blender, combine the carrot juice, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup (if using), and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add water to reach your desired consistency.

If you don’t have carrot juice on hand, you can substitute it with fresh carrots. Simply peel and chop 2-3 medium carrots and blend them with the other ingredients. You may need to add a bit more water to help with blending.
